SHANELLE GRAY-FAULKNER-OWNER/TALENT MANAGER

Shanelle Gray-Faulkner was born Shanelle Workman in Fairfax, Virginia. She began her lengthy career in pageants at 5, was scouted by a top talent manager and then landed the coveted role of Young Cosette in the Original Broadway Production of Les Miserables in NYC by 8. After her broadway dreams were actualized in New York City, she moved to Los Angeles and immediately secured her future, when she was cast to star alongside Howie Mandel in the ABC Pilot Howie and Rose as the title character Rose. After accruing many credits as a child actor, Shanelle grew up and began her adult career with series regular roles on Soap Operas One Life To Live and The Bold & the Beautiful, and recurring roles on hit shows such as Grey's Anatomy and Cory In The House on Disney Channel. With such passion, at 25, Shanelle knew she had bigger aspirations in the industry and ambitiously set out to achieve those goals, beginning with her own acting studio called Act 4 Reel in LA. This later evolved into Gray Studios after combining talents with her first husband into a Performing Arts monster. One of the most referred studios in LA. After 20 years of Gray Studios, Shanelle wanted to take the next step. She had produced over 180 short films with Gray Studios, and then with her own current studio (Shanelle Gray Studios) some of which have earned awards. Shanelle's passion branched out even further into Talent managing, representing top actors across the country with her successful Management Team at Complete Management Group. She represents young actors like Kinley Cunningham (Thunderman's Undercover), Kyriana Kratter (Last of Us) and more. While Shanelle still is often an esteemed coach at her studio

she counts being a Talent Manager as her Job. Gray Studios and Shanelle Gray Studios is my children's Legacy therefore needs to continue to be the amazing studio it is until my daughter's are ready to take over. She can't let go yet. While she is a busy woman, she’s achieved, and continues to achieve, all her goals. She has two wonderful and accomplished daughters, her oldest daughter, Skylar Gray was a series regular on the Paramount+ series Evil (now on Netflix as well) for 5 years, while Parker Gray starred as Celia in the Pilot Unt. Kelsey Grammar with Alec Baldwin and Kelsey Grammar. Shanelle comes from a family of actors: sister Ariel Winter (Modern Family) and brother Jimmy Workman (Addams Family).

ALENAH RIFFLE-PARTNER/TALENT MANAGER

Alenah was born Alenah Tsutras in Fairfax, Va to a talented father and model esque mother. No wonder she had the bug! She turned her natural vocal talents into sessions recording for TV and Radio Commercials, Jingles, Children's Audio Albums, Theme Parks, Television, Radio appearances, and much more. She is a full- time Talent Manager now with many top credits to her name, and also loves to sing at her church when time allows. She has performed at various landmarks in the US, as well as internationally, and has been recognized as a top vocalist with many National awards.

Alenah has been working in the music and voiceover industry for over 20 years and has taken all of her casting and agent connections with her in this talent managing venture with Shanelle.

She can write, record, and produce to help her clients maximize their level of potential. She has also won an ADDY Award for her own voice work. She has guest starred on shows such as “Homicide: Life on the Streets,” and “America’s Most Wanted,” and has done on camera work for networks such as National Geographic and several others. She has voiced Nationally for clients such as Doordash, Verizon, Herbal Essence, Petsmart, to name a few, but has also paved the way for her young talent roster to voice national campaigns for clients such as Build-A-Bear, Chuck E. Cheese, Nike, and many more.

Alenah loves to be a mother to her 8 year old daughter. On Alenah's roster are clients like Taikhira Miller, the voice of Serena Williams Doll and online youtube sensation show "Qai Qai," Josephine Armar "Dear Edward" coming out on Apple TV, and many more!

ALISAN PORTER-PARTNER/TALENT MANAGER

As a child, Alisan Porter made acting appearances in Parenthood, Stella and I Love You to Death. Her breakout role came in 1991, when she played the lead in the film Curly Sue opposite Jim Belushi.

Porter pursued roles in musical theatre, including “Miriam” in The Ten Commandments: The Musical, “Urleen” in Broadways Footloose and as “Bebe” in the revival of A Chorus Line. In 2016, she auditioned for NBC's The Voice, earning a spot on Team Christina Aguilera. In May of that same year, Porter was announced the winner of season 10.

AliSan is a published songwriter both for herself and other recording artists and this year has added the title of vocal coach to her resume. Starting a Vocal coaching business online for private students and master classes all over the world.

Alisan is thrilled to represent stars now all over the country alongside Alenah and Shanelle.

Christian has been with the company for over 3 years and is ready for her next client! Her daughter Jojo Redd is a celebrity and her sons known actors, Christian knows how to guide a career.

Jevonne is no stranger to the industry. Former model/actress, current producer and thrilled to be a manager at CMG. Her daughter is on a hit tv show and she knows what it takes to be a top entertainer, so her expertise is something you need. Shanelle hand picked her to be a manager. Jevonne hails from the East Coast and brings that East Coast vibe to the team.
